Unopened Merchandise
You may return any Undamaged “unopened” products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You WILL be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Arrange the most convenient method of shipping, send it to us, and we will refund your purchase within five business days.

Opened Merchandise
Undamaged, open products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. You WILL be responsible for the cost of shipping the return. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover cleaning and re-packaging. Cancelled Orders
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. The purchased item must be returned undamaged or a 25% fee.

Damaged Products
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods.
